Admissions arrangements

If you would like your child to come to our school, please see the information below (along with all the other information on this website, of course).

If you would like to arrange a visit to see the school in action, then please get in touch with Mrs Holland who will be happy to arrange a time for you to pop in.We use the Mowbray Education Trust (MET) admissions procedures and criteria.

Please read the admissions policy in the 'Policies' section of the website (in the 'Key information' heading).

We are happy to assist parents and carers in these procedures. Please speak to Mrs Holland in the office.

We provide a range of visits and workshops for parents/ carers and children before starting in our first year, which is called the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage). This enables children to become familiar with their new surroundings and to settle in quickly, and helps parents and carers in supporting their children.

Appeals

All appeals are dealt with through the Leicestershire County Council schools admissions department.

You must have applied and been refused a school place before you can appeal.
